UpDawg is pleased to offer conveinent, flexible and fun catering options that are complimentary to a wide variety of event markets. We have offered catering services for weddings, concerts, employee appreciation events, and graduation parties just to name a few!

*As a Mobile Food Unit in accordance with Minnesota State Law, we are unable to provide alcoholic beverages for catered events. We are happy to collaborate with and reccomend alcohol vendors as needed.
Contract Details
UPDAWG LLC holds comprehensive liability insurance for all events. Insurance certificates can be produced on request. If client wishes to be added as a "named insured account" on our policy for the date of their event, this can be done free of charge and a certificate page added to their event order.
UpDawg is a full service caterer, and as such commits full responsibility for all spaces off-site used for staging and meal service. Any space UpDawg occupies will be vacated from in the exact condition in which we arrived, to include garbage cleanup and removal of all service equipment.
Operation of our food truck requires the operation of a 8700 watt generator to power our kitchen. With very few exceptions, this is a power demand that generally cannot be met by residential outlets and therefore there is some assosciated noise in the immediate area of our truck. Our team will ask to work with clients to ensure that generator noise does not disrupt any event proceedings.
All sales are subject to destination appropriate tax.
Seperate delivery fee and 100 guest minimum applies to all events outside the cities of Duluth, Proctor, Hermantown, and Superior WI.
$300 deposit is required at time of booking, at which point the event is considered definite by UpDawg and a shared event order will be created. Full balance is due at minimum 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancelation Policy: Any advance deposit paid to UpDawg is refundable in the amount of 50% if at least 14 days notice is provided prior to the event date. If notice of cancelation is given with at least 7 days notice, but less than 14 days notice, any deposit is refundable in the amount of 25% of the balance paid. Cancelations with less than 7 days notice are subject to the full surrender of any advance deposit. In the case of inclement weather, any advance payment may be applied to re-schedule any future event.
